It is my regret to inform you, friends, that Raphael Reyes Fernadez, Conte of Haro, and ambassador for HRM King Philip of Spain is no more as of 12:25pm the 3rd of August. Raphael was commissioned to the post of ambassador to England last year. Though tensions were commonplace, the unthinkable happened and Raphael was murdered. |
